Venom may be tormenting but easier to endure than an unfilled longing to be righteous

The pursuit of enlightenment in Christ renders good and evil alike as wisdom

Psalm 2: Sunrise; day risen with renewed hope of living for you. Sunset; day dying with collapsed hope of living for self. As the waters of discontent pulse in my ears the rankness of each passing hour burdens you with my hourly defeats. Absentmindedness curdles your joy

Life in your Spirit slips off my consciousness                                                    until a life of prayer becomes unaccustomed to me calling my soul to her only song left,                                                          "Great is thy faithfulness, Lord unto me."

Proverbs 5:

Hyperactivity, hypertension, hyper speed Disable souls from resting at the communion table So Hypoactivity, hypotension, hypo speed Enables souls to rest with the table’s host

Rushing to gratify perceived needs Impedes seeking gratification in hidden ones So striving to become the idol imagined Is to fail becoming the Spirit imperceivable

The difference between the fire and the bush is the Presence and the instrument

Attraction to the instrument is His intent Union with the Presence is His goal

Progressive curiosity Allows for movement Regressive apprehension Allows for stagnation

Psalm 4

Epitome of Love, Messiah the dearest Precedent of all loves eternal, As the temple veil you rent, so lift mine, Wed me 'till death consummates our union.

So suspend the frightful bite attacks Your chosen bride suffers by your will. In your embrace, make me believe Your blood buys their insults.

Reignite the shine in my eyes. Disregard my disinterest Forgive my callousness. And I will rejoice in your sweet communion.
